We provide inspection and re certification services for all high-pressure surface piping used in pressure pumping operations.

Examples of these applications are fracking, fluid pumping, nitrogen pumping, production testing (flow back) and cementing. All work is performed to IRP 8 and IRP 4 standards. The published minimum requirement is a level 1 inspection annually. Customers may choose to have level 2 or 3 inspections done to provide additional confidence in equipment safety.

    • Visual inspection
    • Ultra-sonic wall thickness
    • Remove wings/clean wing end & thread end
    • Magnetic particle inspection (MPI)
    • Install stainless steel ID banding
